Emotional Freedom Technique: Benefits of Tapping for PTSD, sadness, anxiety, fear, anger + Happy Stories from my MOM.

EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique or tapping as it is often called, is an effective science-based tool you are going to want to add to your belt. EFT releases emotional energy triggers through tapping on meridians, some of the same points used in acupuncture. By simply tapping on the correct points, you can shift your mood and the intensity of your feelings, letting it go for good. Maybe you have a fear of public speaking, or taking a test or maybe it's more intense PTSD or trauma from childhood. Either way, EFT is an effective treatment.
